早期避妊去勢手術の原則
Keep healthy: Younger animals with juvenile immune system so best to do earlier in the day, before other operations
健康を維持する：未発達の免疫システムを持つ若い動物は、他の手術の前に、一日の早い時間に行うのが最善です
Keep fed: Withhold food for three hours only before surgery; do not withhold water. Offer food early in recovery
給餌を続ける：手術前のみ3時間食事を控えます。水を控えないでください。回復の早い段階で食べ物を提供します
Keep calm: Keep littermates together, including recovery and reduce stress from noise, handling etc
安静を保つ：回復を含め同腹子を一緒に保ち、騒音、取り扱いなどからのストレスを減らします
Keep accurate: Weigh accurately and calculate doses based on BSA
正確に保つ：体重を正確に計測し、BSAに基づいて投与量を算出します
Keep warm: Don’t clip or wet excessively when prepping, warm ambient temp, keep insulated throughout and express bladder
保温：準備時に過度に剃毛したり濡らしたりしないでください。周囲を温め、全体を断熱し、膀胱を圧迫してください。
Anaesthetic considerations:
CP recommends that female cats are intubated for neutering and maintained on O2. Also, that at least 20 minutes elapses after initial i/m Medetomidine/ketamine injection before administering atipamezole
麻酔に関する考慮事項：
Cats Protectionは、雌猫は避妊手術のために挿管し、O2で維持すること、また初回メデトミジン/ケタミンの筋肉注射後、少なくとも20分が経過してからアチパメゾールを投与することを推奨しています。
Quad protocol:
Use equal volumes of: Medetomidine 1mg/ml, Ketamine 100mg/ml, Midazolam 5mg/ml and Buprenorphine 0.3mg/ml. Can mix in same syringe and give at same time.
四剤法：
メデトミジン1mg / ml、ケタミン100mg / ml、ミダゾラム5mg / ml、ブプレノルフィン0.3mg / mlを等量使用してください。 同じ注射器で混ぜて同時に投与することができます。
