準備しましょう（Be prepared）
Before launching Feral Freedom in your community, you’ll want to make sure that all staff members involved are trained and have the necessary equipment and forms needed to make the program successful. It’s important that they know what information to obtain from residents turning in community cats, as well as how to answer any questions or complaints. As part of the training process, it may be helpful to mentally and physically do several dry runs of the first day to ensure that everyone is well prepared.
あなたの組織でFeral Freedomを開始する前に、関係するすべてのスタッフがトレーニングを受け、事業を成功させるために必要な機器や書類を持っていることを確認したいと思うでしょう。野良猫を引き渡す住民からどのような情報を得るべきか、また質問や苦情にどのように答えるべきかを知っていることが重要です。トレーニングの一環として、初日に精神的にも肉体的にも何度か予行演習を行い、全員が十分に準備できるようにしておくとよいでしょう。(p14)
