手術費用
避妊去勢手術は極力低コストで実施し、その費用はあらかじめ寄付で賄うことが必要です。TNRの費用を野良猫の世話人が負担することはよくあることですが、Targetingにおいてそれは好ましくないとKortisはいいます。
Again, when targeting, no cat can be left behind and mandatory co-pays will mean some cats don’t get altered because the caretaker can’t afford the fees or simply won’t pay.

収容場所
After being caught and while recovering for a day or two from surgery, the cats need to be confined. For targeted TNR programs, there should be a designated holding space accessible to field personnel for the length of the project. It could be a garage, a trailer in the shelter parking lot, a side room — anywhere that is warm, dry and secure. What should be avoided is relying on caretakers to provide holding space for each of their colonies because many caretakers will be unable to do so.

移送手段
Transportation will be a constant need as well. Trapped cats will need transport to the holding space, back and forth from the spay/neuter clinic and back to their original territories.

捕獲器等
A program must also have enough equipment, including traps and trap dividers, to handle the anticipated volume of cats. It is recommended traps be of sufficient length to double as cages — either 30 or 36 inches — and have a sliding rear door to allow for feeding and cleaning both ends of the trap. Trap dividers must be sturdy enough to make it safe to open one of the trap doors while the cat is sectioned off on the opposite end.
