コーディネーターの重要性
The need for clearly defined leadership also exists within organizations making significant contributions to the grassroots effort. TNR has developed in the United States as a bottom-up movement, with individual caretakers and small nonprofits introducing and implementing the practice in their communities. As programs have grown larger and more sophisticated, the need has also grown to professionalize TNR and have dedicated staff.
