Touch（触覚）
＜特徴＞
・Highly sensitive to touch: certain areas of the body can be especially sensitive including the feet, mouth, genitals, and belly
触覚に非常に敏感: 足、口、性器、腹部など、体の特定の部分が特に敏感になることがある。
・Highly sensitive to approach and physical contact (all senses); may feel threatened by people leaning over them, approaching head on, or getting too close too fast
接近や物理的接触に非常に敏感（すべての感覚）；人が寄りかかったり、正面から近づいたり、近づきすぎたりすると、脅威を感じることがある
＜管理＞
・Avoid contact with areas of the body that tend to be most sensitive; observe body language to determine how and where individuals respond best
最も敏感になりがちな体の部分との接触を避ける；ボディーランゲージを観察して、各個体が最もよく反応する方法と場所を判断する
・Approach slowly, steadily from the side, avoid rapid stroking, sudden manipulations, and restrictive restraint
横からゆっくりと着実に近づき、いきなりの愛撫、急な取扱い、制限的な拘束を避ける
・Provide stable footing, non-slip surfaces, address pain promptly
安定した足場、滑りにくい床面を提供し、痛みに迅速に対処する
【のらぬこの解説】
犬や猫は人間ほど視力がよくない（人間の視力が良すぎるのですが）ので、体の近くで手を急に動かすとびっくりすることがあります。タッチは「ゆっくり、やさしく」が基本です。触られてうれしい場所は個体によって異なりますので、少しづつタッチしてみて様子を見るのが無難です。
